Terms and conditions
If you are paying by credit card you will be taken to our secure pages in order to input your confidential information and credit card details. These pages are handled by WorldPay, which provides full encryption of your personal information within their secure system. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Delta.
Products can be purchased for delivery within the mainland United Kingdom. Postage & Handling rates are as indicated on the 'Shop' page. Delivery will be by courier or Royal Mail.
For orders paid for by credit or debit card, we aim to dispatch your order to you within 1 business day of the receipt of your order. Under normal circumstances, your order should reach you within 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
In the event that there are problems regarding your delivery, we shall contact you as soon as possible. If, as a result, you are unhappy regarding the delay and wish to cancel your order, we shall immediately refund your money.
All items are subject to availability at the time of placing your order.
Cancellation, Refund and Replacement
In addition to all your statutory rights as a consumer, Oak&Acorn Ltd offer a straightforward refund and replacement policy. You have the right to return unopened games ordered from us within 7 calendar days of receipt thereof, and to receive from us a full refund for your ordered unopened games. Should you, on the other hand, find that any part of your ordered game is either faulty or missing, you should contact us immediately:

We will aim to send you at our expense either the missing/faulty part or provide you with a full exchange or refund. Please note, for either a refund or exchange you should send us the game as it was sent to you. We recommend, therefore, that you keep all packaging and parts and send them together with your name, address, order number, telephone number and, if applicable, email address together with a note indicating the problem and whether you would like an exchange or refund to

Please note, when returning a product it is your responsibility until it reaches us so we strongly recommend that you send it registered post. For refunds and exchanges we will also reimburse you for your post and handling charges. Please provide a receipt for expenses with the returned item(s).
